Great alternative if using SharePoint isn’t working
This product really helped us reduce our paper work; it had everything we needed in one place (e.g., contracts with key terms). It made reviewing documents incredibly easy. No more printing out hard copies of things! That's about all I can think of right now. We don't have any complaints at this time as it was exactly what we were looking for. If you're searching for an effective way to share contract information while reducing your physical storage space requirements then this software will be extremely beneficial to you. They have an easy to use interface, and the functionality is very well thought out. I was able to set up my own data room quickly and easily. It took a bit of work to figure out how to get rid of some of the functions that were not needed, but once you do that, it's just as good or better than other providers we tried. We use it to store documents related to our clients.
