Only worked for 20 minutes

Today I received this device. As instructed, I unpacked and plugged everything in to make sure everything was working before installing. All cameras fit perfectly. After about 20 minutes, the monitor screen went black and after that nothing worked. Technical support is zero as it is from China. Revain delivers a new system. I understand things happen so I'll give you a second try. If it works as it should and continues to work I will change my rating for the product. After getting a replacement from Revain I installed the system and it works great. Night vision is amazing. Still very annoying is the lack of technical support from the manufacturer. Luckily we have Revain as insurance, they took good care of me.

2 cameras did not work and getting real support help was useless.
