Review on J Slips Toddler Hawaiian Plumeria Numeric_2 by Greg Cunningham

The sandals had a hole at the bottom which caused them to squeak when my child walked. I contacted J-Slips and they confirmed that the hole was caused when the sandal was demolded during manufacture. Her solution was that I added glue to the shoes. So after paying for a brand new product, do I need to take immediate action to ensure the product is working properly?! Well it's a joke. Skip this company and find another that makes the exact same sandals. Customer service is hard to come by these days I guess.
