What can you say? It's as simple as it seems. Three parts that fit tightly together. It's not light at 31 ounces, so it's not necessarily a stand you'll want to carry around, but it's definitely solid. The way the pieces fit together helps make it that way. The stand is 5 3/4" tall at the back, 4 1/4" tall at the front and 10 1/4" wide. The stand has arms that are 2" wide with thin non-slip rubber pads that stretch almost the entire length length of the top and 1 1/2" wide. Large enough to securely carry a large laptop. There are also non-slip grips on the bottom at the four corners. This particular model is black and is made of aluminum (non-magnetic). , I think Made in China and sold by a Chinese company on Revain.
