For users looking for fountain pen ink, don't buy this. The ink dries quickly and is fairly waterproof (if you get your fingers dirty you'll have to wipe them off with tea oil). It dries in the pen passage (not the ink cartridge) and clogs it, making it difficult to write over time. I had to rinse the handle thoroughly with hot water to clear the clog. You can probably use pen ink or fabric paint, which I haven't tried, so I can't comment on the result. The ink color is very beautiful. Pure mesh, no fountain pen ink. And definitely don't use it if you still feel the need to use ink to write with an expensive pen. Cleaning can be an ordeal. Hope that helps.
