Tire fits great and won't burst. No problems after installation: the scooter drives great. However, the installation is difficult! (That's to be expected. Tires are notoriously difficult to remove and install on rims. Professional car tire shops have a special power tool for this.) I boiled the tire for over 20 minutes. I used tongs and gloves when removing it from the boiling water. I had to use my body weight to press the tire against the wheel and use a proven tool to pull the inside edge of the tire onto the outside edge of the wheel. I gradually moved the mount until the tire was fully on the wheel. Pooh! Heavy work. I had to use both hands and knees at the same time. It took about half an hour to make the front wheel, not counting the cooking.
