Review on 6Pcs DPDT Mini Power Relay HK19F-8P-12V, 8 Pin PCB Relay With Coil For DC 12V Applications by Jeremiah Whiteley

I bought a bunch for a project I was constructing. Then some failed after the trainer was moved. I thought maybe after some use the contacts where carbonized, though the use was far lower then spec'd. Took them apart and found that the top orange plastic casing was very soft. I was gluing the relays casing to frame with hot glue. Well the casing was metal and cooled fast. The pressure I applied was not hard, but it distorted the casing and pushed the non moving contacts together. The clearances between the casing and the contacts is almost nill, so the casing pushed in enough to permanently push the contacts together.
