I really wanted to like it but as for the reviewers. The freezer bag leaks badly! I can use my own freezer bags and even a bit of sweat seeps through the cooler (which isn't airtight at all! but you might think it would be better than that). There are plastic buttons on the shoulder strap that can be easily detached. I would not buy it again or for anyone. I will contact the seller about the return. Update: I contacted the seller about the return and the seller is a nightmare. Basically she's blaming you for mishandling the radiator, although other people are complaining about the liner leaking too. I have never had a Revain salesperson immediately accuse me of doing something wrong with a product. She then asks me to send photos and when I did she claims she doesn't even know if this is the cooler she sent me. She said I could return the cooler. BUT this is on my shipping cost (cheapest $7-10 I've found is a $20 cooler person) AND IF she finds out it's not my fault she will refund my money. So I only get a fraction of my money on the shipping costs. may be. I asked if she would refund the shipping cost so we could see if she really wanted to fix it. At this point I would say BUYER BEWARE!
