Great software for call center and customer service

I used this as an outbound agent when working in telecom sales years ago! It's very user friendly if you are familiar w/ other softwares like Zendesk or JIRA (which was what we were using). There isn't much that can be said about it since everything works great unless there IS something wrong which makes me feel better than most companies nowadays haha!! Nothing really specific but overall just make sure they have enough resources prior launch so things aren’t running slow down after getting bigger numbers once launched into production mode - not many customers will use their first few months before growth begins anyways :) If anything do some research beforehand because sometimes new products don' work well together due lack o training / understanding how certain systems function etc.. We solved our need fo routebound calling services by implementing cayzuz callback scripts via IVR routing rules.

  • Easy to learn with features for call center agents, easy way yo build custom workflows from your existing system & good customer service support team is always available 24 hours 7 days per week whenever needed ! Great product all around :D
