Very happy with Caydzu - great product, amazing support

I like that it allows us as an admin user access right away without having any training or background in this area we can get up and running quickly! The interface has some issues when trying to navigate between different areas but once you figure out how things work they are easy enough to use within our team (even though there's still room for improvement). We needed something quick so no customizations were made nor do i have experience using other products similar to cayzuz before now. This

  • There aren't many options available either unless u already know what your searching 4..like "free support phone tree" etc most others offer these basic features free however not quite exactly customized according t individual needs / personal wants &amp

Great software for call center and customer service

I used this as an outbound agent when working in telecom sales years ago! It's very user friendly if you are familiar w/ other softwares like Zendesk or JIRA (which was what we were using). There isn't much that can be said about it since everything works great unless there IS something wrong which makes me feel better than most companies nowadays haha!! Nothing really specific but overall just make sure they have enough resources prior launch so things aren’t running slow down after getting…

  • Easy to learn with features for call center agents, easy way yo build custom workflows from your existing system & good customer service support team is always available 24 hours 7 days per week whenever needed ! Great product all around :D
