Review on Cayzu Help Desk by Rashan Jimenez

I like that it allows us as an admin user access right away without having any training or background in this area we can get up and running quickly! The interface has some issues when trying to navigate between different areas but once you figure out how things work they are easy enough to use within our team (even though there's still room for improvement). We needed something quick so no customizations were made nor do i have experience using other products similar to cayzuz before now. This helped me solve my problem by allowing someone who knew nothing about IT services/helpdesk systems was able to easily set one up.
