Al Pastor Vertical Smoked Taco Stick
This item is exactly what I was looking for to make Al Pastor Tacos at home. The metal skewer has a very stable base, which allows me to skewer large amounts of pork and pineapple. Works a lot better than trying to get wooden skewers to work. It can be used over and over again and goes straight from my smoker to the kitchen to carve. Very happy with my purchase.
