Review on Fluval External Fish Tank Filter by Laura Jenkins

I finally got rid of this filter after weeks of frustrating reboots, swapping, cleaning etc. Reload it about 100 times to not fix it, it couldn't be the impeller (ha) I will To put it as simply as I can without tank vocabulary because I don't have one: Make sure the hose *shoots water back up the tank* SHORTER and closer to the canister than the hose that *draws water out of the tank* Mine was the opposite and prevented for physical reasons (free energy, etc.) that enough water flowed through the system. Switched and everything works and is quiet. Seriously, it's a whole different filter now. Attaching a bad drawing to show what helped me!
