Can't read the description too much carefully!
Disappointing that despite the name you can't use this in an electric turkey fryer as it only works at low temperatures. Waste of money as I only use the roaster for turkey and ham on holiday and just want it to be easier to clean. I'm sure if you use your electric fryer for more, it might be ok. I love these for my slow cooker and was hoping they would give me the same easy cleanup for an electric fryer, but instead they just take up cabinet space.
