I love these pans! I bought my first granite-coated pan from the same manufacturer in April 2020. I stumbled upon this new technology by accident while replacing my old nonstick pan. The pan worked like magic and immediately became my favorite pan. Six months later this pan is working just as well as the day I got it. Then a few weeks ago I noticed that my red copper nonstick pans were starting to deteriorate and weren't working as well as when I first got them. I also noticed that some of them were starting to appear chipped on the plating. I cook A LOT with two adolescent boys who eat constantly so it's important to have a good set of utensils. After finally convincing my husband that I desperately needed a new set, I knew exactly which set I was going to buy and from which manufacturer. There's no reason to waste time searching when you already know these are quality, durable pans. This is truly the best set of non-stick pots and pans I have ever had. They are comparable to more expensive sets which I have spent 2-3 times more on over the years. These 11 pots and pans with lids are all you need for stovetop cooking. They arrived very well packaged and very well protected. None had any scratches or defects. The tempered glass lids fit perfectly and are perfectly washable. They even have ventilation holes to protect the lids from overheating and cracking. They do an excellent job of distributing the heat evenly throughout the pan. I can cook healthier because I no longer have to use vegetables or butter. Everything just slides out of the pan without sticking or making a mess. The coating is very hard and durable so you don't have to worry about peeling or chipping. The company claims the coating is acid resistant and I have found that it is in fact the case. While I was out of town over the weekend, my husband made pasta and didn't clean the pan. My new frying pan was there with pasta sauce for 3 days! Needless to say, I wasn't a happy woman. But thank God there were no damages and stains at all. LAUGH OUT LOUD! Even after 3 days it was so easy to peel off the crunchy pasta sauce that was sitting there. I literally poured water into it and immediately everything was washed off without scrubbing. I just wiped it off with a rag. Well, my absolute favorite part and the reason I don't buy other brand pans is that the handles are heat resistant. They never get hot! No more cumbersome potholders and no more worrying about forgetting the potholder and burning my hand. These pans deserve ratings above 5 stars. I will continue to return to this brand and style of pots and pans if I ever need other sizes.
