Anti Escape Hardware Locks

I bought these chain locks to keep my 3 year old from running away. After a second person stopped at the side of the road, knocked on my door and I opened it to find the person bringing my son back to me, I knew I had to do something quickly. Children are little ninjas. You turn your head and they disappear. This keeps him safe indoors until I'm ready to take him outside. For security reasons, I wouldn't use it for that. But only so the kids don't run away.
