Excellent! My 2004 Silverado 2500HD was already wired with factory fog lights. All I had to do was add this switch that connected to the factory wiring harness, a relay and hooked up my fog lights to the sealed connectors that were already in place just above the front engine mount. I added a diode between the #85 high beam relay terminal and the #85 fog lamp relay terminal with the cathode end (striped side) to the fog lamp relay. So my fog lights come on with high beam and also have manual control when my low beam is on. I soldered the diode with shrink tubing and everything is fine. If you do this, be aware that the fog lamp relay will be installed upside down compared to all other relays. Therefore, pay attention to the terminal numbers during installation.
