The way I can send emails to multiple users at once, or even create groups of people who receive my messages! It's simple yet efficient in its use so that it doesn't become overwhelming for myself as well as other members of staff (or students). Sometimes when you're trying to add attachments through the software this happens which makes me have to go into Outlook first then come back out again - maybe just something minor but could be improved? This program does exactly what it says on the tin; creating folders within your mailbox so that different types of communication are easily identifiable amongst all parties involved.
