inconvenient and difficult to use
Looks cool, but functionally it doesn't fit anywhere. To grate the cheese, you need to hold the top of the taco. Because it is plastic, both sides will compress when squeezed. This, combined with the slipperiness of the plastic, makes it almost impossible to hold this thing while grating cheese. It's very inconvenient and awkward to use, so it doesn't really work.
