Garbage - falls off the Eufy 11S immediately

The front brushes literally just fall off on our Eufy 11S. They absolutely do not work with 11S. They technically fit in there, but no amount of effort will make them stay long enough to really suck. They don't fit at all. And yes, I'm installing them correctly. They're just too loose in a vacuum. All other replacement brushes work great on our machine.
