Review on Corsair Hydro H150i PRO RGB Liquid CPU Cooler, 360mm Radiator, Triple 120mm ML Series PWM Fans, Advanced RGB Lighting and Fan Software Control, Intel 115x/2066 and AMD AM4 Compatible by Nick Mcvey

Corsair needs hearing aids, but otherwise it's the best CPU cooler I've ever had.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CORSAIR LINK and the USB adapter must be installed on the cooler to manage cooling profiles. All bubbles pass through the engine. Shaking the cooler during operation and trying to let it settle did not help. Exchanged it and the new one is much better. The pump makes a whirring noise. So if you're looking for absolute silence and have sensitive hearing, you might be able to hear the pump from time to time. Maglev fans have gone insane. They hardly make any noise and the ZeroRPM feature is great. What about the actual cooling capacity? I had a Noctua NH-U14S and the Corsair 1151i PRO cools down by 10°C in standby mode and even 20°C under maximum load. Numbers for those who are interested: NOCTUA: 40°C (idle), 75°C (at maximum load). CORSAIR H115i PRO: 30°C (idle), 55°C (maximum load).

Pros
  • Quick Replace
Cons
  • If in doubt
