    Corsair needs hearing aids, but otherwise it's the best CPU cooler I've ever had.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: CORSAIR LINK and the USB adapter must be installed on the cooler to manage cooling profiles. All bubbles pass through the engine. Shaking the cooler during operation and trying to let it settle did not help. Exchanged it and the new one is much better. The pump makes a whirring noise. So if you're looking for absolute silence and have sensitive hearing, you might be able to hear the pump from time to time. Maglev fans have gone insane. They hardly make any noise and the ZeroRPM…

    Major upgrade from H100i v2

    I recently upgraded my system from i5 3570k to 9700k. I reused my old H100i v2 but found the temperature was a bit high. With PRIME 95 overclocked to 5.0 GHz, I reached 92+ C on multiple cores in minutes. It's not good for my overclock and not good for my chip life. I have decided to upgrade my cooler and am very happy about it. First, the H115i Pro is much larger than the H100i v2.     I just got this cooler. This is also my first water cooler. So I'll post an update if anything goes wrong. Meanwhile: PROS:= Works a little quietly. Actually, I can't hear the pump. = This frees up a lot of space on the front of the system case, contributing to an overall clean look and easy access to the circuit board.     20-30°C Drop and Dead Silent

    So far this has exceeded my expectations. Starting from Hyper 12EVO I ran at around 85C at 4.8GHz on all 4 cores (i7-7700k). This helps keep the temperature inside the case cool and I'm now running at 4.8GHz which peaks at 68C. I've seen a 20 degree drop in temperature at worst. Of course I also changed the thermal paste from Arctic Silver to MX4 so take that into account. It's absolutely silent, even when the fans are running at maximum.     A good cooler with an important nuance!

    There are dozens, if not hundreds, of all-in-one (AIO) add-ons on the market today. And Corsair has been making models for at least 10 years. Earlier H100i V2 units had more powerful pumps, which unfortunately were prone to failure. So Corsair worked with Asetek to improve the pump for longer life.
