CANNOT be controlled remotely via HomeKit
The Schlage Sense lock does NOT allow HomeKit users to control it remotely. I'm a HomeKit user with a home hub within range that's properly configured to lock and all my other HomeKit devices can be viewed and controlled remotely. 6 months ago our 3 Schlage Sense bars stopped working with HomeKit. We've done all the recommended troubleshooting steps from Apple and Schlage (factory reset, firmware update, everything) and they didn't fix it. We bought 3 of these products based on Apple HomeKit compatibility and all we got was a locally controlled bluetooth lock. We cannot remotely control these locks. We are very disappointed, will never recommend them or buy them again.
