Review on LG 34UM68-P 34-Inch UltraWide LED Monitor with 2560X1080 Resolution and 💻 75Hz Refresh Rate - Fully Adjustable and Ideal for Productivity and Gaming by John Aponte

I received this monitor early the day after I ordered it from Revain Prime. I used to have a 27" Acer ips gaming monitor. Unfortunately it broke when I got it in Ft. Benning GA Revain had an AWESOME deal on it, usually a $600 or $700 monitor. I've had it with one Got displayport cables for about 360. When I saw the box I said to myself you just ordered.The box is huge and intimidating if you have never had a monitor of this size.After I unpacked it and placed it on the table I fired it up. This is the most beautiful display I've ever had the pleasure of using. I didn't notice any glare in the corners or anywhere else on the screen. I'm a full-time student, SSG in safety and work full-time so I caught on right away starting to put my projects on it. I had 4 windows plus 2 smaller windows for music and sheet music in the middle. The speakers on this thing are VERY loud. I was impressed, my 22" monitor that I had to use sounded like e A mouse moving through a closet at full volume. This thing screams (and I have Astro A50 cans for those who think I'm a fan). There isn't much bass, but I'm very happy with the speakers. The color rendering of the display is excellent. I was able to edit photos (DSLR) and videos very easily and accurately. Last but not least, but most importantly, are the games. So this is an AMD monitor as it shouldn't run at 75Hz with nvidia. Well thank you LG because I definitely have. All you have to do is create a custom resolution in nvidia settings and set it to 75. I've played Doom on Ultra, Marvel Hereos, Dead Island Remastered and msg 5. No flickering, no ghosting, just smooth playback. If this monitor is for you, just buy it, especially when it's on sale. I was going to buy a curved 35 inch Dell but it was definitely worth the money and I saved a LOT.
