Bought this item for my wife's 2019 Nissan Frontier. It was very easy to install and even came with everything you need to get the job done. The only thing I added. I've seen several YouTube videos and comments on the Nissan forums that the strut can come loose from time to time. Although I've never had this problem before, I just put a zip tie around the spring clip to keep it from ever coming loose. Some use heat shrink tubing, but zip ties are easy to make and easy to replace when needed. Also on the forums it was recommended to buy 2 of these for longer life. Some users found the rack lasted about a year, but with two installed (one on each side) it lasted much longer. It all depends on how often you open and close the tailgate. Everything and everyone costs money.
