Great customer support and easy to use platform

I enjoyed working with the sales team at Imagetime when we used their product as well during my last position in another CRM system/software provider. Very helpful customer support that has knowledge of how to resolve issues quickly without sending back an email or calling multiple times. The ability to have more than one task per day was very nice. It could be beneficial if there were some way where the new tasks automatically filled out all information required like previous platforms did but not 100% sure they don't anymore. If nothing else it's good knowing someone cares about your account! Having to log into different systems each session to do everything from billing invoices to managing accounts payable made our jobs difficult. Now imagineetingimes' Account Manager helped us connect those two functions together which really sped up our workload tremendously. I like that it's easy to use. It is very user friendly and has many options. There are some things I do not like about it. Sometimes it takes a while to get an answer from someone. I think that this should be addressed because sometimes I need help right away. If you have no experience with time tracking it is a good program to try out. Time tracking is something that I am looking forward to in my new job.
