Review on New Star Foodservice 22513 Dredge by Amanda Christensen

My hobby is grilling and outdoor BBQ. I have a full spice drawer. I needed a generic spice shaker (dredge) to use with some of my rubs. Some of them come packaged in 2- to 7-pound containers, so I needed something to put them in when I apply it to my cooked meat. New Star Foodservices polycarbonate baggers seemed to be just what I needed. I ordered a few and tried them with different spices, kosher salt and ground pepper. They have a nice handle and are transparent so you can see the spices inside. Each of them comes with 3 different lids, and the holes on each one gradually increase. So you have three different hole options for each shaker. These shakers cost about 50% less than metal shakers and work just as well. I will order more.
