Battery do NOT last. 20+ miles EVER! Maybe 12miles MAX

I live on the beach, so that means it is AS FLAT AS IT can get! NO hills to cross, NO hills to go through!Flat as it can be with 175bls the scooter NEVER last more than 14 miles fully charged!Customer service is great! And fast, but please don't say it does what is does NOT!Again, the scooter is well build and I'm happy for the first 10 miles.
