Review on 📞 Panasonic KX-TG5421S Cordless Phone: Advanced 5.8 GHz DSS Technology with Caller ID by Joyce Brown

I really wanted to like this phone because of all the good reviews but I got one with problems, returned it and got another one with the same problems; So it must be the phone model. The following does not include use of the handset hands-free feature that requires the "Wait for you” "Wait for me” behavior; just a regular pipe. - When you answer an incoming call for the first time, you usually have to wait a few seconds for the phone to make the two-way conversion available. Otherwise, you can say hello and the caller can't hear you and you can't hear them. - During a call with a normal handset, background noise and even normal conversation can cause the phone to block the caller's volume as if you were using speakerphone when you are not. After a few seconds, the volume will be audible again. This problem causes parts of the conversation to go unheard. This happens more often on long distance calls than on local calls.
