I love these running tights. I'm 5'5", 150 lbs, I carry a lot of weight in my stomach, so I have trouble finding leggings that stay in place while I work out (belly fat jiggles and bounces when you move!). They are high waisted and have a drawstring so I can pull them up to sit on my rib cage over my stomach and when I tie the drawstring it is secure enough for me to walk without slipping down.They are also good for cold weather. I've worn them for running outdoors in 25-30 degrees (F) and have been warm enough. When it's cold or windy I wear "whistle" windproof pants (which make a rustling noise when walking) over them my leggings and I feel perfectly comfortable.
