Review on EZARC Reciprocating Saw Blade Heavy Metal Cutting 9-Inch 14TPI R926PM (5-Pack) by Phil Anderson

The only thing missing with this blade is someone to hold the saw for you. Cut nicely through half an inch of 1018 mild steel as you can see in the picture. It also cuts through 1 1/2 inch diameter steel with no problem. I hit the metal very hard with the blade and the saw rebounded very hard and I thought the blade broke into pieces but it didn't even bend. I used a 73 pound vise to hold the metal and simply squirted some engine oil over the cut area and clamped my feet in the vise. Therefore, rigidity is a must; if you want good cuts. This is not a horizontal hand saw, but it will work if you need to cut steel. The blade still cuts well, I think I might replace it with a new blade and keep the used one because it still cuts steel.
