Easy assembly, no problems. I used an app to measure the sound level in decibels and it showed a maximum of 67 dB (normal conversation in terms of noise level) without turning on the TV or PC in the background. I had the trainer on a yoga mat but maybe it could be quieter as it has a Schwinn junk hybrid wheel BUT it has 28mm non-grooved street tires. But it's quiet enough for me. I figured I'd turn around and try to get up to high rpm (I'm 6ft 2205lbs). but after a few minutes I believed it, it's no longer a problem. I sat with my hands on my head or hips; durable as possible. Comes with everything it advertises (bike skewer and front riser). The 6 resistance levels are a nice addition. At $90 it's a steal!
