After 6-7 years, we tried Neato, but he already felt uncomfortable, so they changed. The S7 is significantly smarter (the old one didn't have an application, everything is done very well here, and I monitor it from my phone; you can connect control through Alice, but the phone is so beautiful that I don't use Alice:)), and significantly quieter when compared to it (with the exception of the "carpet" mode, which it activates when it hits a low horizontal step). It's too early to judge how dependable it is, but I've been using it for a few weeks and am now ecstatic about the purchase:)
