Overall this plug worked as intended but it is worth noting that mine was mislabeled. The connector I received had the appropriate labels and locations molded into the connector to identify the wire colors (W-White/Neutral, G-Green/Ground, X-Hot 1/Black, Y-Hot 2/ red), but to match color coding black and red have been reversed for painted rings. It wasn't a huge problem, but if that crash changed from any of the other connections, you'd immediately produce brief and potentially dangerous results.
