I installed them on a 2015 Rubicon Unlimited and it took about an hour using a jeep scissor jack and hand tools. You will need a thin wall bushing to attach it to the hub (i.e. not a blown bushing) and be sure to use red Loctite. They seem to improve the Jeep's handling/cornering, and I think the wider track makes for a smoother ride. True, the curve is a bit slower now, but that suits me - it's not a sports car. It definitely drives straighter and straight without wandering when I take my hands off the wheel.
