🔧 Rugged Ridge 1.5" Wheel Spacer Kit - 5x5 Bolt Pattern Review

I added them to my 2012 Jeep JK. They look great, are well made and very easy to assemble. As a result, standard wheels and tires fit right up to the edge of the fender. Highly recommended!

I applied blue Loctite to the threads and torqued the lug nuts to the recommended torque using a torque wrench. A year later no problems, never found a loose nut. The easiest mod to add some stuff to stock bikes. Now that I need a new set of tires, changing to 33"+ doesn't require new rims with wider rear wheel spacing, existing spacers and standard rims will do just fine.

Looks and fits well but one stud had a bad stud. The thread on this bolt was double, defective at the factory. Rugged Ridge was no help, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, told me to check with Revane. Revain customer service was very helpful, polite and I received a replacement the next day. 5 stars for Revain and his staff.

Worked well but requires a nifty outlet. I used a standard no-strike 6 point socket and it was still a bit tight. Some holes worked well, others tighter, which leads me to believe the machining varies from one spacer to the next. Even if everything seems to be fine so far. Confident gives my Jeep much better stability and it feels a little more stable.

I bought two sets (4 washers total) 5 months ago and today I drove 5000 miles to change a tire and one of the bolts broke when removing the wheel, the others 3 spacers are fine. I hope Rugged Ridge lives up to the warranty. Edit: I changed my rating to 4 stars because Rugged Ridge gave me a guarantee and sent me a new kit. I'm still disappointed that the bolt broke after 5 months but good customer service goes a long way.

I installed them on a 2015 Rubicon Unlimited and it took about an hour using a jeep scissor jack and hand tools. You will need a thin wall bushing to attach it to the hub (i.e. not a blown bushing) and be sure to use red Loctite. I didn't like the use of wheel spacers on my Jeep but I really wanted bigger wheels without changing the stock rims and raising the suspension. I bought it to fit a Goodyear Duratrac 285/70/17 kit to my stock 2015 Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock. I've had suspension failures a few times, I keep beating my jeep on the trails, so durability wise, after 5000 miles. , all is well. Also, the black color is a plus with black wheels as it doesn't look like you added spacers and your wheels stick out a bit.
