This is the initial impression - after owning this wine cooler for 5 days. If my experience changes, I will update the review.This is an excellent value for money. Came very well packaged. Followed instructions to keep it standing for 4 hours before powering it on. There is an adjustable leg on the on the front left - used it to level it on our wooden floor. On initial power up, the compressor started and the noise level was slightly more that what I was expecting. However, after running for a few hours and attaining the set temperature of 55F, it went very quite. Now, I don't even know when it runs. I have used a thermometer to measure the temperature at the very top, middle and the bottom. It has consistently maintained the temperature within a 1.5 degree differential - the lower portions slightly cooler than the upper areas - but that is pure physics and to be expected. So, it has been a good start. Will see how it goes.
