Inexpensive: exhaust and emissions

What can I say I needed a 3" clamp and this came in the mail. The price is ridiculous. O'Reilly and Napa wanted $15 for a collar. I ordered 2 (have one on hand) and it was still a lot cheaper than the price of 1 at these places.
