Bought this item in June to replace a laptop charging cable. In September it started not connecting to my laptop. The part that plugs into the socket is loose and falls out easily, so at first I thought that was the problem. I would make sure it's plugged in at both ends and I would have to unplug and plug it back in to my laptop several times to finally charge it. Now I can't get it to work no matter what port I use to connect to my laptop. Most of my laptop cables have lasted years, but this one *kinda* lasted up to four months. It may not be a quality product but at such a low price I think that's why I expected it to be a quality product. At the moment I am stuck with my phone charger which is very slow! To the seller: The exchange date is already past due (I hate that it's only 30 days instead of 90). If you would like me to revise my review please contact me to send me another cable. I tried to find your contact information but only found the items you sell as I don't know how to find sellers on Revain. You don't make it easy for me, and I don't spend forever looking for her. Therefore, this review remains my only means of communication with you.
