Stopped working after four months!

Bought this item in June to replace a laptop charging cable. In September it started not connecting to my laptop. The part that plugs into the socket is loose and falls out easily, so at first I thought that was the problem. I would make sure it's plugged in at both ends and I would have to unplug and plug it back in to my laptop several times to finally charge it. Now I can't get it to work no matter what port I use to connect to my laptop. Most of my laptop cables have lasted years, but this…
