A great way to add or replace an optical drive.
In my case, I had a customer who could not afford to replace the optical drive in his laptop. Due to the specific size required for the chassis, these devices were expensive. It was significantly cheaper and allowed him to use it on his friends' car and family cars. Now he can buy a new laptop (which he should), and if he doesn't have an optical drive, he's covered. This device worked great, it was just plug and play. No software required. Fits PERFECTLY to his needs.
