Review on Dogtra ARC Remote Training Collar by Kristi Green

I received the loop collar on 3/1/2021 but haven't had time to use it for several weeks (error #1). I have a long haired dog and while the collar worked fine in my hand, I noticed that he rarely responded to the collar (maybe twice). Thinking I need longer teeth I ordered them directly from Dogtra but when they arrived I saw that they made no difference, no reaction from the dog. I tested charging again in my hand and this time there was no charging at all, just vibration. I put the original contacts back in place, same thing - no charge at all on one side, sometimes yes on the other side but mostly nothing. Since May 22nd I've been trying to get help from Dogtra to fix or replace it but I only get walk around or no response at all. It wasn't a cheap item, it's only been on the dog 5 times and it doesn't work. I would not order from this company again, their customer service is terrible and the product is useless to me. Strongly irritated.
