Good product - take your time
Many reviews blame the product. It is unfair if the order has not arrived in a damaged condition. This solution was a notch harder than putting a new label on our license plate. Find YouTube videos for your make and model. Watch it while inspecting the new lifters. Then take your time removing the old jacks, noting which end goes in which direction and how the ball and socket joints connect. That's all. Five minutes away and the old and annoying problem is history. Seems to be a very good value.
