What the hell. Our country is used to having average quality products. Most people have forgotten what quality is and I was fooled by all the 5 star reviews. This product has no memory. The hose will kink when stretched. Wrong type of hose you are using for the reel. I will be looking for a coilhose product. I need it fast and they delivered it but the same could be done with a cheap HF product. I have three of these and they will go in the bin. Now I found that the NPT threads were cut to spec and average quality, but the rest of the hose left a lot to be desired.
