PERFECT FOR ACME PUNCH CARTOON!
This tool cuts ACME Punch animation paper just the right size! (You'll also need a round punch with a hole for the center punch.) The easiest way is to make a template out of heavy cardboard so you can trace the holes and slots on the paper you want to punch. Smarter people can come up with some sort of shiny frame, but I'm not good at that. Make sure you hold this and the round hole punch with the bits up so you can see exactly where your marks are. I paid just over $11 for it which is a HUGE difference compared to $299 for the cheapest ACME rock drill bit I found!
