These towels suffer from quality control issues. I make custom towel embroidery and bought several of these for a client project. Thank goodness I always prewash towels before embroidering as some of them had badly frayed edges the first time they were washed and some others had light colored thread woven throughout the fabric that didn't match the color of the towel. its length. I can't use what looks like factory seconds for my custom work and at this price you can expect consistently high quality. Towels without these flaws are very, very good towels, but unfortunately about 33% of the towels I've bought had problems.
