The ability for users to explore their own business processes through an easy interface makes this software great! I would like more options available in our reporting section as well as customizing reports with different layouts or filters could be helpful.

However it's still very useful tool especially when you have less resources at your disposal. We are solving problems related to process mapping by using Cluemaker. This has helped us create better workflow plans that improve efficiency within our organization.
