These are loud. The choice of tunes is ok but not great. I like my old one that does Joy to the world that this does not have.The issue here is when I installed the doorbell ringer you have to take off the cover if you want to screw it in and not just use the adhesive. You'll also need to take the cover off to change battery. When taking off, there is a clip that holds the cover in place. It is hard to pop of the cover and when I did it the little plastic piece that acts as a clip breaks off real easy. I has to tape things together for things to hold. Should be ok for now until I have to change the battery. But be careful when popping off the cover as this is a design flaw. But otherwise the electronics works great.
