The plastic clip holding the glass to the regulator rail cracked and fell off in the door. The tip that broke was that it made a loud pop/clink when raising and lowering the window. Only lasted two years. This isn't the first 2002 Ford Focus power driver's side windshield I've replaced and this hasn't lasted as long as others I've replaced. I hope you have luck buying one.
