Gihuo Online Store: Fashion Disaster Alert!

I recently made the terrible decision to make a purchase from the online store owned by Gihuo, and I'm still trying to get over the ordeal. The website initially gave off a positive impression, but after that, things started to go from bad to worse. To begin, navigating the site was as difficult as going through a labyrinth. I had the impression that I was wandering around aimlessly in a digital wilderness, clicking on links that were of no relevance to me, and making very little progress. I persevered, however, like a good soldier in the vain hope that the process of checking out would go more smoothly. I could not have been more incorrect in my assumptions. It was a nightmare of flaws and mistakes that made me want to rip my hair out and throw it across the room. And that was before the merchandise had been delivered to me. The garments were of such poor quality that they came apart while I was still wearing them. Both the shoes and the jewelry were so tarnished that I could hardly tell what they were supposed to be. The shoes were so uncomfortable that I wished to cut off my feet, and the jewelry was so tarnished that I could hardly tell what it was supposed to be. I attempted to get assistance from customer support, but it was like I was talking to a brick wall. They did not show any remorse or assistance, and to add salt to the wound, they did not agree to provide a complete refund. In conclusion, I do not think anyone should shop at the internet store owned by Gihuo. It's a fashion faux pas waiting to happen, and the only thing you'll get out of it is a headache. Don't even bother.

Pros
  • Low costs and regular price reductions.
Cons
